The majority of our stay was great, however on our last night there was a huge cockroach. Greatly appreciate the staff for assisting with getting rid of it. However, after that it was difficult to enjoy our time, in fear of seeing another one.

Everything was amazing! The staff, the area, the accommodations, the cleanliness. I would only leave a small disappointment regarding our view. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and we had paid extra for a balcony, only to find out our entire balcony was covered by a tree. When I mean entire; I mean entire. I would just suggest that the receptionist (or website) states that specific rooms have a blocked view. Maybe even use it as an “upgrade opportunity”.
